Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Membership Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the annual plumbing maintenance plans offered by Plumb Skills LLC (“Company”) under its trade name ATL Plumbing Skills. By purchasing a membership, the “Customer” agrees to abide by these terms in full.

2. Membership Plans

1) Optimal Flow:

Includes one complete annual plumbing maintenance visit per residential property within the Atlanta metropolitan area, 24/7 emergency response (5:30 AM to 12:00 midnight daily) with no extra emergency fee, and a 10% discount on any additional plumbing services.

2) Perfect System:

Includes all Optimal Flow benefits plus a 20% discount on additional plumbing services and an annual drainage system cleaning.

Discounts on materials depend on supplier pricing. Customers pay the same price the Company pays its suppliers. There are no additional markups.

3. Eligibility

Memberships apply only to single residential properties located within the Atlanta metropolitan area. If the Customer wishes to include additional properties, each property must have its own membership plan. Using one membership for multiple properties is strictly prohibited.

4. Contract Term & Automatic Renewal

Memberships are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase and renew automatically for another twelve-month term unless the Customer cancels in accordance with Section 7.

5. Payments & Billing

• Customers may choose to pay annually upfront or in equal monthly installments.
• Memberships are paid exclusively by credit or debit card. The payment method will be stored securely for future charges.
• For additional plumbing services outside the membership scope, the Company accepts multiple payment methods.

6. Failed Payments & Penalties

If a payment method fails, the Customer must update their payment method within thirty (30) days of the failed transaction. If the Customer does not resolve the payment issue within this grace period:

• The membership will be automatically canceled.
• The Company will issue an invoice for the remaining balance of the annual plan plus a 50% penalty fee on the unpaid balance for breach of commitment.

Example: If six months remain at $39/month, the remaining balance is $234. With the penalty, the total due is $351.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The Customer may cancel the membership at any time by notifying the Company in writing via email at contact@atlplumbingskills.com or text message at +1 770 329 8242
• If the annual maintenance service has not yet been performed, the Customer is entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the membership.
• If the annual maintenance has already been performed, the Customer must pay any remaining balance for the full contract term.
• If the Customer does not wish to renew the membership for the next term, they must notify the Company in writing before the renewal date.
• If a refund is due and the service has not been provided, the Company will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Scope of Coverage

Membership benefits apply exclusively to plumbing-related services. Other work such as full remodels, flooring, carpentry, tiling, or any non-plumbing labor is not covered under any membership plan and must be contracted separately.

9. Emergency Service Hours

Emergency plumbing services under membership are available daily from 5:30 AM to 12:00 midnight.

10. Fraud & Misuse

Any misuse of membership benefits — including using one plan for multiple properties, reselling discounts, or providing false information — is grounds for immediate termination. The Customer will be liable for the remaining balance of the membership term plus any applicable penalty fees.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal disputes shall be resolved under Georgia jurisdiction with legal counsel representing the Company as appropriate.

12. Acceptance

By purchasing a membership, the Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
